Thrive Chicago Provided executive leadership support for Thrive Chicago and served as Interim President to lead an organizational transition, including portfolio redesign and management, board development, and culture change. Chicago Public Schools Designed and facilitated sessions for Chicago Public Schools and nonprofit partners to support district-wide efforts to develop a holistic and community-informed approach to school safety and security. Northwestern University Led strategic planning efforts with Northwestern University’s Neighborhood & Network Initiative (N3) to define the mission and vision of the organization, and detail a multi-year action plan to meet short and long-term priorities and goals.
